We use the combination of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy® and Hypnosis to produce fast and sustainable change.
NLP is the study of excellence. It is a set of modern techniques that allow us to quickly change the way the brain thinks in order to create new behavioural patterns and hence bringing into our life, what we want. It enables us to easily be able to change the daily habits and thoughts that are undesirable to be desirable.
Time Line Therapy® gets down to the root cause of the problems we have. This allows us to, like a weed, pull it out from it’s core and prevent it from coming back again. Most problems in our lives have arisen from patterns of thoughts and behaviours that have started very early on in our lives, or even past down to us genealogically. With Time Line Therapy® we are able to discover and let go of past negative emotions that have been repressed or limiting beliefs we have chosen to accept at a very early age. By letting these go, we are free to think and feel as we want to. Without the past holding us back, we move forward.
Hypnosis is a form of psychotherapy where the conscious mind is bypassed and suggestions are given directly to the subconscious mind. As we know, it is our subconscious mind that is in control of our bodies, it controls our breathing, the regulation of our hormones, our immune system that protects us from disease, stores all of our memories and filters the way we experience our lives. Everything you have ever seen, heard, felt, smelt, tasted, is stored in your subconscious mind, whether you are consciously aware of it or not. By being in a trance state, you are able to give suggestions to your subconscious mind to help heal the body and make the changes at the subconscious level, that you want.
It is very unlike what most people think, in fact, you will just feel a total sense of calm and relax. It is also important to know that you are in complete control the entire time, the hypnotherapist can not give you any suggestions that you do not want and your free will wins every-time. Every hypnosis is a self hypnosis, and merely a process of following instructions. Anyone that can follow instructions, and is willing to, can be hypnotised.
